Kyle, a licensed broker since 1989, is District Manager of the Santa Barbara, Montecito, Montecito South, and Santa Ynez Valley offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. A fifth-generation California native, he holds a degree from Cal Poly in finance real estate and law, and an associate of arts degree
Throughout his real estate career, Kyle has been deeply involved in the training, education, and management of new and experienced agents. A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), he has sold more than 700 homes during his years as a sales professional. As a Branch Manager, he is responsible for overseeing more than $1 billion in sales volume annually from his four Santa Barbara County real estate offices.
Kyle has served as Vice Chair of Communications for the California Association of REALTORS® and as a director of the association since 2000. In 2006, he served as the President of the 2,400-member Pasadena Foothill Association of REALTORS, with which he was affiliated with for more than 18 years.
For 2008 through 2014, the Santa Barbara/Montecito offices ranked in the TOP 10 of all Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices nationwide.

As president and Chief Executive Officer, Mary Lee Blaylock sets the strategy and directs operations for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and California Properties’ affiliated partners, including HomeServices Lending, Pickford Escrow, The Escrow Firm, California Title and Home Services Insurance Agency. Ms. Blaylock previously served as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties senior vice president and general manager where she provided leadership and direction to the company’s 60 sales offices and more than 3,000 agents. Her exceptional background of leadership and management positions our firm for continued growth and success.
David M. Cabot
As chairman, David Cabot supports the strategic growth initiatives of the organization as well as representing the company at the state, local, and national levels of the real estate industry associations. Mr. Cabot is widely recognized for his community involvement and leadership and serves as the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Board of Director’s representative to both the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Dean Stalter has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and carries the broker of record title for 61 offices from Chula Vista to Santa Barbara. As the broker of record Mr. Stalter is responsible for monitoring each Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agent and making sure their practices and transactions meet industry standards. In addition, he sets company objectives and policies as they relate to broker conduct.
